Porsche Lease-to-Own in Dubai: Cayenne, Macan, 911 Costs
Choose a 2023-or-newer Porsche listed from AED 150,000 on the UAE market; we buy it, lease it to you from 20% down with no final payment, and it is yours at the end.
How can I lease a Porsche in Dubai and own it?
You can lease a Porsche in Dubai and own it at the end through our Bring Your Own programme. You choose the car: a Porsche listed from AED 150,000, model year 2023 or newer and not fully electric, at a Porsche Centre, an independent dealer or on Dubizzle. We inspect it, buy it and lease it to you from 20% down over 12, 24 or 36 months, with no final payment, and after the last monthly payment it is yours. The realistic entry point is a 2023 petrol Macan: a Macan T listed at AED 229,000 works out from AED 9,453 a month over 36 months, plus a separate annual payment from AED 12,023 for insurance and registration.
Now the fact most Porsche leasing pages leave out, which we would rather put in the second paragraph than in the fifth WhatsApp message: as of 4 October 2026 there is no Porsche available in our fleet. Every figure in this guide is therefore for a car you pick from the market, listed from AED 150,000.
The mechanics. We buy the car, and it stays registered to our company for the whole term. The lease is priced on the listing plus 5% VAT, at a flat 24% a year on the amount left after the down payment, with no compounding. Your down payment counts as payment no. 1, and fixed monthly payments follow: 35 on a 36-month contract, 23 on a 24-month one. Early buyout is possible at any point with no penalty.
Two payments, never merged. The monthly payment covers the car. Comprehensive insurance, RTA registration and admin come once a year as a separate payment: 5% of the vehicle value, minimum AED 8,000. GPS is fitted free. On a Porsche that annual payment is a five-figure sum, so always compare monthly plus annual.
Documents. Two: an Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. No salary certificate, bank statements, salary transfer, trade licence or AECB score, which banks ask for in some combination (a salary transfer usually stands in for the certificate). The decision usually comes within 24 hours, and it is a real decision: some applications are declined. Listing to keys usually takes 5–7 business days.
Zero down does not apply to a Porsche. We offer it only on selected cars in our own fleet (zero down on 12- and 24-month plans, 36 months on selected cars). A car we buy for you from the market (listed from AED 150,000) starts from 20% down, with no final payment.
Which Porsche models can I lease to own?
The rules for a market car are short. Under the Bring Your Own special offer that started on 1 October 2026, the car must be listed from AED 150,000 before VAT, be model year 2023 or newer, and be neither a Chinese brand nor fully electric; hybrids are fine. The lease is priced on the listing plus 5% VAT, from 20% down, with no final payment. Prices below are Porsche Dubai's official from-prices including VAT, October 2026.
Out, because they are fully electric:
- Taycan, from AED 443,900
- Macan Electric, from AED 324,700
- Cayenne Electric, from AED 413,700
In:
- Every petrol Cayenne, Macan, 911, Panamera and 718 from model year 2023 onwards
- Cayenne E-Hybrid (from AED 476,600) and Panamera 4 E-Hybrid (from AED 495,500), because they are hybrids, not EVs
- The 911 Carrera GTS with its T-Hybrid system, which cannot drive on electric power alone, so it counts as a hybrid
Spec matters as much as the model. We prefer GCC-spec cars, which have local service records and suit Gulf conditions. US spec is acceptable only with a clean VIN history (no flood or severe structural damage) and a passed inspection. We do not acquire European- or Canadian-spec cars, because their service and accident histories cannot be traced reliably; if a listing says European or Canadian import, skip it.
Two model lines have just ended. Porsche stopped building the petrol Macan at the end of July 2026; the name now belongs to the electric car, with a new petrol or hybrid compact SUV planned for around 2028. Petrol 718 Boxster and Cayman production ended in October 2025. Neither disqualifies anything: Porsche Dubai still lists new MY2026 petrol Macans from AED 273,300 and MY2025 718s (Cayman from AED 269,400, Boxster from AED 284,100), and used cars from 2023 onwards qualify.
Cayenne, Macan, 911, Panamera or 718: which one suits a lease?
For each model: the official new from-price at Porsche Dubai (including VAT, October 2026), DubiCars asking prices for GCC-spec 2023–2025 cars on 4 October 2026, and the lease-specific catch. Asking prices from one marketplace on one day are not transaction prices, and mileage varies a lot within each range.
Cayenne. New from AED 408,600 (Coupé 414,100, S 475,100, E-Hybrid 476,600, GTS 559,200). 2023 base Cayennes and Cayenne Coupés with 67,000–90,000 km were listed at AED 219,000–299,000, 2024 cars at AED 300,000–385,000 and 2025 cars at AED 389,000–429,000. A low-mileage 2023 car at AED 370,000 was a European-spec import, which we would not buy. This is the family Porsche, for the school run and the Abu Dhabi commute. The catch: its off-road driving modes are irrelevant on a leased car, because desert and off-road driving are not allowed and the insurance does not cover them. If off-road use is part of why you want a Cayenne, this is the wrong product.
Macan (petrol). New MY2026 from AED 273,300 (Macan T 288,200, S 307,600, GTS 368,700). 2023 base and T models were listed at AED 209,000–234,900 with 31,000–75,000 km, and 2024 Macan S models at AED 255,000–299,000. This is the cheapest realistic way into a Porsche through the market route. Only the petrol Macan qualifies; the electric Macan does not.
911. New MY2027 Carrera from AED 535,900 (Carrera T 581,400, Carrera S 632,000, Carrera GTS 706,900, GT3 821,700, Turbo S 1,001,700). A 2023 Carrera was listed at AED 509,000 with about 24,000 km, a 2024 Carrera at AED 529,990 with about 17,000 km and a 2024 Carrera T at AED 529,000 with 33,000 km. Expect to filter hard: of the 57 911s from model years 2023–2025 in our snapshot, only 17 were GCC spec and 24 were European-spec imports, which we do not buy. The Cayenne and Macan are the opposite case: almost every listing was GCC spec. The catch: track days are not allowed on a leased car, because the comprehensive policy does not cover circuit use. If you want a 911 GT3, or a 718 Cayman GT4 RS, for Yas Marina or Dubai Autodrome, this product is not for you. As a road car, the 911 has held its asking price best in our snapshot; the resale section explains what that does and does not prove.
Panamera. New MY2027 from AED 442,100 (Panamera 4 458,300, 4 E-Hybrid 495,500, GTS 620,500). 2023 Panamera 4 models were listed at AED 310,000–369,000. It is the executive car of the range, four doors and long-distance comfort, and the E-Hybrid versions qualify because they are hybrids.
718 Boxster and Cayman. Production has ended, but cars from 2023 onwards listed from AED 150,000 qualify. Be honest about the use case: two seats, little luggage space, and two or three years of monthly payments. As a second car it makes sense; as a family's only car it does not.
How much does it cost to lease a Porsche in Dubai per month?
Every figure below comes from our lease calculator as of October 2026, with no final payment. The base is the listed price plus 5% VAT. Day one means the first payment plus the first annual payment; the contract total adds up the first payment, every monthly payment and every annual payment over the term. All are "from" figures: the final quote depends on the exact car and the price agreed with the seller.
2023 Macan T, listed at AED 229,000 (lease base AED 240,450), 20% down:
- 24 months: from AED 60,113 on day one, then from AED 12,378 a month × 23; annual payment from AED 12,023; contract total from AED 356,830
- 36 months: same day one, then from AED 9,453 a month × 35; contract total from AED 415,014
2024 Cayenne, listed at AED 360,000 (lease base AED 378,000):
- 20% down, 36 months: from AED 94,500 on day one, then from AED 14,861 a month × 35; annual payment from AED 18,900; contract total from AED 652,435
- 30% down, 36 months: from AED 132,300 on day one, then from AED 13,003 a month × 35; contract total from AED 625,205
- 20% down, 24 months: same day one as the first line, then from AED 19,459 a month × 23; contract total from AED 560,957
New Cayenne E-Hybrid, listed by Porsche Dubai from AED 476,600 (lease base AED 500,430: we apply our standard listing-plus-5% rule here; for a new car priced with VAT by a Porsche Centre, a manager confirms the final base, and it can only come out lower), 20% down:
- 36 months: from AED 125,108 on day one, then from AED 19,674 a month × 35; annual payment from AED 25,022; contract total from AED 863,742
- 24 months: same day one, then from AED 25,761 a month × 23; contract total from AED 742,633
2024 911 Carrera T, GCC spec, listed at AED 529,000 (lease base AED 555,450):
- 20% down, 36 months: from AED 138,863 on day one, then from AED 21,837 a month × 35; annual payment from AED 27,773; contract total from AED 958,704
- 40% down, 36 months: from AED 249,953 on day one, then from AED 16,378 a month × 35; contract total from AED 878,729
- 20% down, 24 months: same day one as the first line, then from AED 28,594 a month × 23; contract total from AED 824,298
2023 Panamera 4, listed at AED 369,000 (lease base AED 387,450), 20% down:
- 36 months: from AED 96,863 on day one, then from AED 15,232 a month × 35; annual payment from AED 19,373; contract total from AED 668,729
- 24 months: same day one, then from AED 19,945 a month × 23; contract total from AED 574,971
Two levers. A longer term lowers the monthly but raises the total, because the flat 24% yield runs for an extra year: on the Cayenne, 36 months instead of 24 cuts the monthly by about AED 4,600 and adds about AED 91,500 to the total. A bigger down payment cuts both: 30% instead of 20% over 36 months takes about AED 1,860 off every monthly payment and about AED 27,200 off the total, for AED 37,800 more on day one. If you have the cash and ownership is the point, the shorter term and the bigger down payment are the cheaper path.
What does a leased Porsche cost to run on top of the payments?
Neither the monthly nor the annual payment covers running the car. On top of both you pay for servicing and wear items (oil, brakes, tyres), fuel, Salik, parking and fines, plus excess mileage above 25,000 km a year at AED 10 per km. On a Porsche, three of those deserve real numbers before you sign.
Servicing. Porsche Centre Dubai, run by Al Nabooda Automobiles on Sheikh Zayed Road near Interchange 3, sells Bronze, Silver and Gold maintenance bundles; Gold covers up to four years of all-inclusive servicing. Prices are not published, so ask the Porsche Centre for a written quote on the exact VIN before you commit. If the car already has a bundle running, ask in writing whether it stays with the car.
Fuel. Super 98 costs AED 4.40 a litre in October 2026, up from AED 3.80 in September. As a clearly labelled assumption: 25,000 km a year at 12 litres per 100 km is 3,000 litres, about AED 13,200 a year at the October price, or roughly AED 1,100 a month. Check your own trip computer; the point is that fuel alone can add more than 10% to the 36-month Macan payment above.
Mileage. 25,000 km a year is about 2,080 km a month. A Dubai–Abu Dhabi round trip twice a week comes to roughly 30,000 km a year on its own. If that is your pattern, choose a higher allowance at signing (35,000 km and 50,000 km packages exist, and an allowance can also be upgraded mid-term) rather than paying the excess rate: every 5,000 km over the allowance costs AED 50,000.
Does Porsche resale value matter if I lease to own?
First, a myth: that depreciation is the leasing company's problem. In a rental, it is. In lease-to-own the car becomes yours after the last payment, so what it is worth then is your equity, not ours.
Here is a snapshot of DubiCars asking prices for GCC-spec cars on 4 October 2026 against today's new from-prices at Porsche Dubai:
- 911: a 2023 Carrera at AED 509,000 and a 2024 Carrera at AED 529,990 are about 95% and 99% of a new MY2027 Carrera (AED 535,900); a 2024 Carrera T at AED 529,000 is about 91% of a new Carrera T (AED 581,400)
- 2023 petrol Macan at AED 209,000–234,900: about 76–86% of a new petrol Macan (AED 273,300)
- 2023 Panamera 4 at AED 310,000–369,000: about 68–81% of a new Panamera 4 (AED 458,300)
- 2023 base Cayenne and Cayenne Coupé at AED 219,000–299,000: about 53–73% of a new Cayenne or Cayenne Coupé (AED 408,600 and 414,100)
Read those numbers with four caveats. They are asking prices from a handful of listings per model, not sale prices. Mileage is not comparable: the 911s had about 17,000–33,000 km on them, the Cayennes 67,000–90,000 km. The comparison is against today's model year, not against what the 2023 car cost new; if new prices have risen since, the percentages flatter the older cars. And we left out European-spec cars, which we would not buy and which were the largest group of 911 listings, so this is not a picture of the whole 911 market. The numbers show direction, not a promise.
The direction is consistent with regional demand. Porsche Middle East and Africa delivered 9,628 new cars in 2025, its best result in 12 years, and the 911 made up 23% of regional sales, against 15% in 2020.
The petrol Macan is the open question: last-of-the-line appeal on one side, a model the brand has moved on from on the other. We do not know which wins, and anyone who tells you confidently is guessing.
The takeaway. If owning the car at the end is the point, the 911 looks like the strongest candidate on today's asking prices, but that rests on three listings, not on a track record. With a Cayenne, treat the payments as the cost of use and the car at the end as a bonus that shrinks faster, especially on a high-mileage example. A sanity check: look up what five- or six-year-old examples of your model list for today; that is roughly what you will own when a 36-month contract on a 2024 car ends.
What warranty does a used Porsche keep, and is Porsche Approved worth it?
New-car warranty. Porsche's new-vehicle warranty in the Middle East is worldwide and has no mileage limit. Porsche's page does not state the duration, so we will not quote one: before you send us a listing for a 2023–2025 car, ask a Porsche Centre to check the remaining warranty on that VIN. Porsche's electrified models also carry an 8-year / 160,000 km warranty on the high-voltage battery, which matters on an E-Hybrid.
Porsche Approved. A Porsche Approved car has passed a 111-point check. The Approved Warranty runs in 12-, 24- or 36-month terms with no mileage limit during the term and no deductible, covering parts and labour; wear items such as tyres, brake pads and discs, filters and fluids are excluded. Contracts can start on cars up to 14 years or 200,000 km, with cover to 15 years of age. Porsche says the warranty is transferable on a private sale or a sale to a Porsche Centre; when we buy an Approved car, ask the Porsche Centre to confirm the transfer on that VIN.
Porsche Centres Dubai and Sharjah, both run by Al Nabooda, sell Approved cars with at least 12 months of Approved Warranty plus Porsche Assistance. Porsche Centre Abu Dhabi is run by Ali & Sons.
Why an Approved car is a good candidate: documented history, a warranty in place and a price that already reflects a dealer's check. Our EasyCare 150-point inspection still runs on top, including a service-book check with the authorised dealer, and DealDrive checks the price against comparable UAE listings.
Before you send us a listing, check:
- Model year 2023 or newer, and a listed price from AED 150,000
- Not fully electric: no Taycan, Macan Electric or Cayenne Electric
- Electric Macans are often listed simply as Macan 4, 4S, GTS or Turbo; a 2024-or-newer Macan with those badges may be electric, so check the fuel type on the listing
- GCC spec, or US spec with a clean VIN history; never European or Canadian spec
- Service history at a Porsche Centre for that VIN
- Remaining factory or Approved warranty
- Accident and paint history, in writing from the seller
- The options list (Sport Chrono, panoramic roof and the like), which affects what the next buyer will pay
Is a bank loan or Porsche Centre finance cheaper than lease-to-own?
Yes, much cheaper, if a bank will lend to you. Here is by how much, and why the gap exists.
Porsche Centre finance. UAE Porsche Centres arrange Porsche Financial Services through partner conventional and Islamic banks: 12–60 months, at least 20% down, rate fixed at the start; Porsche Centre Dubai also offers Murabaha. Bank loans are advertised at low flat rates. Emirates NBD advertises special pricing for Emiratis from 1.89% flat a year (expats are priced higher, and its contactless digital journey is for salary-transfer customers only). A Zigwheels comparison updated in January 2026 puts typical new-car rates at 2.5–4.5% flat, with Emirates Islamic at 2.65% flat for expats. Central Bank rules apply to every bank offer: the loan covers at most 80% of the car's value, and total monthly debt payments are capped at 50% of income.
Our cost, side by side. Our lease carries a flat 24% a year on the amount left after the down payment. On the 2024 Cayenne example that amount is AED 302,400, and over 36 months the lease yield comes to AED 217,728. The same AED 302,400 at 2.65% flat for three years would be roughly AED 24,000 of bank interest (simple flat-rate arithmetic, before the bank's own fees). The difference is about AED 194,000, and we will not dress it up. Our base also includes 5% VAT on the listing (AED 18,000 here), which a bank borrower buying privately would not pay, so the full gap is wider still.
When the bank or Porsche Centre finance wins: a clean AECB file, a salary the bank accepts, time for the paperwork, and lowest total cost as the priority. Go to the bank; we will tell you the same.
When our lease makes sense:
- You are new to the UAE and have no AECB history yet
- Your income sits in your own company, or you are a freelancer whose income a bank struggles to read
- You will not hand a lender your bank statements and salary paperwork
- You want a decision usually within 24 hours, and the freedom to buy out early with no penalty
- You would rather not take a bank car loan, for example ahead of a mortgage application; in that case, ask the mortgage bank how it treats a lease before you sign
Why the gap exists. With a bank loan the car is registered to you from day one with the bank as lienholder, and the bank prices its risk on your income file. With us the car stays registered to our company until the end, which is why we need no income documents, and why our yield is higher. A car leased through Bring Your Own (listed from AED 150,000) has no final payment: the first, monthly and annual payments are the whole cost of getting to ownership.
Is renting a Porsche monthly, or in installments, the same as lease-to-own?
No. Much of what comes up when you search for a Porsche lease in Dubai is rental: you pay to use the car and hand it back. One Dubai rental operator advertised these monthly rates in October 2026: Cayenne AED 13,236, Panamera AED 16,734, 911 AED 20,202 and Boxster AED 12,462, with insurance included, 200 km a day included, AED 13 for each extra km, and no security deposit on its offers.
The break-even on the 2024 Cayenne. Thirty-six months of rental at AED 13,236 is about AED 476,500, and at the end you own nothing. Our 36-month contract at 20% down totals from AED 652,435, with insurance and registration covered through the annual payment, and at the end you own the car. The lease comes out ahead if the Cayenne is worth more than about AED 176,000 when the contract ends, roughly 49% of its AED 360,000 listing. Two adjustments in the rental's favour: servicing is extra on the lease side, and 200 km a day is far more than our 25,000 km a year.
Who should rent: anyone in the UAE for less than a year, anyone with an uncertain visa, and anyone who wants to switch cars every few months; our guide to short-term leasing covers that ground. Who should lease to own: someone staying two to three years or more who wants the car at the end.
How long does it take to get a Porsche from listing to keys?
Usually 5–7 business days. Under Bring Your Own the car must be 2023 or newer and listed from AED 150,000, and the lease has no final payment. The steps, in order:
- Send the listing. One link or several, from a Porsche Centre, a dealer or Dubizzle, with your Emirates ID and UAE driving licence.
- Valuation, same day. DealDrive compares the price with comparable UAE listings, days on market and VIN history.
- Inspection, 1–2 days. The EasyCare 150-point check: hydraulic lift, a borescope camera in the cylinders, a full ECU scan, paint-depth readings, VIN and odometer checks, and service-book verification with the authorised dealer.
- Purchase, 2–3 days. We negotiate, buy the car and register it to the company. There is no markup on the vehicle price and no service fee.
- Handover. You pay the first payment and the first annual payment, we fit the GPS, and you collect the car.
If the car fails, we tell you why, there is no charge for the evaluation, and we help you find another. The usual reasons are undisclosed paint or accident repair, doubts about the odometer, unclear ownership or outstanding fines, and a car that is not in the UAE.
A new car from a Porsche Centre goes through on the same terms, usually faster. A tip from the sourcing side: send three or four candidate listings, not one. Good Porsches at fair prices sell, and if the first fails inspection or is gone, we move to the next the same day.
What can't I do with a leased Porsche, and who is it not for?
The rules come from two facts: the car is registered to our company, and its comprehensive policy is an ordinary UAE motor policy with ordinary exclusions.
- No desert or off-road driving; the insurance does not cover it
- No track days or timed events
- No driving outside the UAE
- 25,000 km a year as standard, AED 10 per km above that
- Towing a trailer is allowed with the right licence category if you tell us in advance; insurance may cost extra
- Wraps and PPF are allowed; ECU remapping is not
- No smoking or vaping in the car
This is not for you if:
- Your budget is under about AED 9,500 a month. No 2023-or-newer Porsche in our October snapshot was listed anywhere near the AED 150,000 floor; the cheapest 2023 Macans started at about AED 209,000. The realistic entry is from AED 9,453 a month over 36 months, or from AED 12,378 over 24, plus from AED 12,023 a year for the annual payment.
- You want a Taycan, a Macan Electric or a Cayenne Electric.
- You want to take a 911 on track, a Cayenne into the desert, or either of them across the border to Oman.
- You want zero down on a Porsche; it is not available.
- The car is older than 2023.
- A bank will happily lend to you and you do not mind the paperwork; the bank is cheaper.
If none of that put you off, send us the listing. We will come back the same day with the DealDrive valuation and what the car costs over 24 and 36 months, and the inspection follows within 1–2 days.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I lease a Porsche in Dubai on lease-to-own terms?
Yes, through our Bring Your Own programme, because there is no Porsche available in our fleet as of October 2026. You choose a Porsche listed from AED 150,000, model year 2023 or newer and not fully electric; we inspect it, buy it and lease it to you from 20% down over 12, 24 or 36 months, with no final payment. After the last monthly payment the car is yours.
How much does it cost to lease a Porsche in Dubai per month?
On our calculator (October 2026, 20% down, listing plus 5% VAT), a 2023 Macan T listed at AED 229,000 is from AED 9,453 a month over 36 months or from AED 12,378 over 24. A 2024 Cayenne at AED 360,000 is from AED 14,861 and a GCC-spec 2024 911 Carrera T at AED 529,000 from AED 21,837, both over 36 months. The annual payment for insurance and registration comes on top: 5% of the car's value, minimum AED 8,000.
Can I lease a Porsche Cayenne in Dubai and own it at the end?
Yes, if it is a petrol Cayenne or a Cayenne E-Hybrid from model year 2023 or newer; the fully electric Cayenne Electric does not qualify. A 2024 Cayenne listed at AED 360,000, with 20% down over 36 months, comes to from AED 94,500 on day one and from AED 14,861 a month × 35. The car transfers to you after the last payment.
Can I lease a Porsche Taycan or Macan Electric through you?
No. We do not take fully electric cars on market purchases under Bring Your Own (cars listed from AED 150,000), which rules out the Taycan, the Macan Electric and the Cayenne Electric. Hybrids are fine, so a Cayenne or Panamera E-Hybrid and a petrol Macan from 2023 onwards all qualify.
Do I need a salary certificate or a credit score to lease a Porsche?
No. We ask for two documents: an Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. No salary certificate, bank statements, salary transfer, trade licence or AECB score. The decision usually comes within 24 hours, and we do decline some applications.
Is a Porsche lease-to-own cheaper than a bank car loan?
No, and we say so plainly. On a 2024 Cayenne with AED 302,400 left after the down payment, our flat 24% yield comes to AED 217,728 over 36 months, against roughly AED 24,000 at a 2.65% flat rate. If you have a clean AECB file and a salary the bank accepts, the bank or Porsche Centre finance is the cheaper route.
Can I lease a used Porsche Approved car or one from Dubizzle?
Yes, if it is listed from AED 150,000, is 2023 or newer and is GCC spec, or US spec with a clean VIN history; we do not take European- or Canadian-spec cars. Every car goes through our DealDrive valuation and EasyCare 150-point inspection first, and the lease has no final payment. Porsche says its Approved Warranty is transferable, so ask the Porsche Centre to confirm the transfer on the VIN.
Can I lease a Porsche with zero down payment?
Not today. Zero down exists only on selected cars in our fleet (12- and 24-month plans, 36 months on selected cars), and no Porsche is available there today. A Porsche bought for you from the market (listed from AED 150,000, no final payment) starts from 20% down.
Is renting a Porsche in installments the same as lease-to-own?
No. Monthly rental gives the car back at the end; lease-to-own transfers it to you. One Dubai operator advertised a Cayenne at AED 13,236 a month in October 2026, about AED 476,500 over 36 months with nothing to show for it. Our 36-month total on a 2024 Cayenne is from AED 652,435 and you own the car, so the lease wins if the car is worth more than about AED 176,000 at the end.
Can I take a leased Porsche to Oman, the desert or a track day?
No. Driving outside the UAE, off-road or desert driving, and track days or timed events are all not allowed; the car stays registered to our company, and its comprehensive insurance does not cover off-road or circuit use. Towing a trailer is allowed with the right licence category if you tell us in advance, and insurance may cost extra.
