The Premium Leasing Standard

Traditionally, leasing was for fleets and bank financing was for individuals. We merged the best of both worlds into a single, seamless financial product that puts the client first.

We operate as a pure-play lease-to-own fintech. By maintaining complete control over our proprietary underwriting algorithms and vehicle acquisition processes, we rapidly approve clients — such as entrepreneurs, new expats, and self-employed professionals — that traditional banks reject based on rigid criteria, while providing the ultimate flexibility of a transparent lease structure.

Our founding team identified a critical gap in the UAE automotive market: thousands of qualified, financially capable residents were being denied access to premium vehicles simply because they didn't fit a bank's narrow template of a "creditworthy" borrower. DYD was built to close that gap — with technology, speed, and radical transparency at its core.

Our Core Pillars

  • Capital Preservation

Keep your liquidity working for you. Pay a sensible down payment and fixed monthly rates instead of freezing 500k AED in a depreciating asset. Reinvest your capital where it generates actual ROI.

  • Radical Transparency

No hidden balloon payments. No surprise insurance hikes. Your monthly rate is fixed and covers the vehicle; comprehensive insurance, registration and VIP support are billed once a year as a renewal fee.

  • Absolute Freedom

It's your car. Customize it, wrap it, tune it, drive it. At the end of the term, ownership transfers automatically. No lien, no bank lien release, no hidden strings.

  • Technology-First

Our proprietary DealDrive platform analyzes real-time market data to ensure fair vehicle pricing. Our algorithmic underwriting evaluates applications in hours, not weeks. Technology-driven fleet management ensures security and transparency. Every process is digital, efficient, and client-facing.

Scale & Selection

We operate one of the most dynamic lease-to-own catalogs in the UAE, powered by our DealDrive aggregator platform and the Super VIP diagnostic network.

Sourcing Quality

We do not acquire Canadian or European spec vehicles due to untraceable histories.

Our portfolio strictly prioritizes GCC specification vehicles with less than 50,000 km, primarily from 2024 onward, ensuring maximum reliability and warranty preservation.

U.S. specification vehicles are only acquired if they pass a rigorous deal-breaking VIN history check (verifying no flood damage or severe structural compromises) and clear our local Super VIP diagnostic center with flying colors. We protect your investment before you even turn the key.

Our Ecosystem

DYD doesn't operate in isolation. We've built a trusted network of technology and service partners that power every aspect of the leasing experience:

DealDrive

Our proprietary market analysis platform. DealDrive scans every listing in the UAE, identifies fair pricing through comparables, and prevents overpayment. Every vehicle we acquire goes through DealDrive first.

Super VIP

Our diagnostic and inspection partner. Super VIP Auto Service (Super Vip for Auto General Repairing Co. LLC, Al Quoz Industrial Second, Dubai) operates a 150-point inspection protocol including hydraulic lift checks, ECM scans, cylinder telescoping, and structural analysis. No car enters our fleet without passing.

Insurance Partners

We work with top-rated UAE insurers to provide full comprehensive coverage included in every lease. Our bulk purchasing power means better premiums — savings we pass directly to our clients.

Our Team

The people behind your lease. Automotive finance specialists, engineers, and advisors committed to redefining car ownership in the UAE.

How We Actually Assess an Application

We do not run a credit score, because the product does not require one. A lease-to-own contract means we buy the vehicle and hold it in our own name for the term — our security is the car itself, not a claim against your future earnings. That changes the question from what your credit file predicts to whether the monthly payment is sustainable for you, which is answerable from documents a resident already has: Emirates ID, residence visa, UAE driving licence, proof of address, and either a salary certificate or three months of bank statements.

For self-employed applicants a trade licence and statement history replace the salary certificate. Income that arrives at AED 60,000 one month and AED 12,000 the next is not a puzzle under this model — the annual pattern and the buffer in the account are what matter, where credit scoring simply has no field for "varies". This is also why approval on a complete file usually completes within 24 hours rather than the weeks a bank application takes.

What We Tell People Not to Do

If you have 20% of the vehicle value in cash, a clean AECB file and a salary certificate, a bank loan is the cheaper route to owning a car in the UAE, and paying outright is cheaper still. We say that before someone signs rather than after. Leasing wins on access, speed, keeping borrowing capacity free for a mortgage, and liquidity — not on the total across the term.

We also advise against committing to a 36-month term in the second month of a new job. UAE probation runs up to six months and can end with short notice, and the exit clause becomes the most important term in the contract. If a car is needed in that window, take a cheaper one than the one you want, and ask what settling at month 18 would cost — as a number, in writing, before signing.

Where the Fleet Comes From

Vehicles are sourced from UAE dealer stock, auctions and private sellers, and every one passes a 150-point inspection before it enters the fleet — ECU diagnostics, structural check on a hydraulic lift, brakes and suspension, fluid analysis, air conditioning, and a road test. The VIN is checked for accident history, outstanding finance and total-loss status. Cars that fail are not repaired into the fleet; they are declined.

If nothing in stock fits, the fleet is not the boundary. Clients send listings from Dubizzle, dealers or auctions anywhere in the UAE; we assess the asking price against market data, run the same inspection, and if it passes we buy it and write the lease on it. That route takes five to seven working days against one to three from stock, and a meaningful share of contracts start that way.

What Happens After You Sign

The vehicle is registered in the company's name for the duration of the contract, and that single fact explains most of what follows. It is why no AECB credit file is required and why the Central Bank's mandatory 20% down payment on bank auto loans does not apply. It is also why the car cannot be sold or modified beyond what the contract permits, and why a trip to Oman or Saudi Arabia needs a written NOC from us plus the correct insurance extension — requested ahead of travel, because it is not issued at the border.

Traffic fines reach us first as registered keeper and are passed on to you at cost. Servicing is scheduled by us at the manufacturer's intervals, so the workshop booking is not your administrative problem. If something goes wrong mid-contract — a job ends, a visa is cancelled, income changes — talk to us before missing a payment. Early contact leaves options that a default does not, and we would rather restructure a contract than recover a vehicle.

At the end of the term you exercise the purchase option at the price fixed in your agreement, hand the car back, or move into a newer vehicle. Whichever you are aiming for, decide it before signing rather than in the final month — the arithmetic differs for each, particularly on a contract with a balloon payment waiting at the end.
