Bring Your Own Car is DYD's most unique service. Instead of choosing from our existing fleet, you source any car you want from anywhere in the UAE — and we set up a lease-to-own on it.

The process: 1. You find a car on Dubizzle, DubiCars, at any dealer, auction, or private seller 2. You send us the link or listing details 3. We evaluate the car using our proprietary DealDrive platform 4. If approved, we arrange an independent inspection via EasyCare 5. We negotiate and purchase the car 6. We register, insure, and prepare it for your lease 7. You get the keys. 5-7 business days from start to finish.

Same no-credit-check approval. Same all-inclusive payments. Same ownership transfer at contract end. The only difference: you chose the exact car you want.

Not every car passes our evaluation. We protect your investment with a rigorous process:

Market Analysis: DealDrive scans every live listing in the UAE for identical vehicles. We identify the lowest comparable price and generate a fair market valuation. If the seller's price is above market, we negotiate or advise against.

Inspection: Every BYO vehicle undergoes a comprehensive inspection by EasyCare — a third-party vehicle inspection company. The inspection covers: • Engine and transmission condition • Accident history and structural integrity • Paint thickness readings (detecting repaints/hiding damage) • Electrical systems • Interior condition • Tire and brake wear

Approval: Based on the inspection report and market valuation, we approve or decline the vehicle. If declined, we explain why and help you find a better option.

Almost anything — with some guidelines:

Accepted: • Cars up to 8 years old • All makes and models available in the UAE • Import vehicles with proper specs and documentation • Cars from private sellers, dealers, and auctions • New cars from authorized dealers

May Be Declined: • Vehicles with significant accident damage • Cars with odometer discrepancies • Vehicles with unclear ownership history • Modified vehicles that fail safety standards • Very high-mileage vehicles (200,000+ km)

Day 1-2: You send the listing. We run DealDrive analysis and share the valuation with you.

Day 2-3: If the price is right, we arrange an EasyCare inspection. Results within 24 hours.

Day 3-5: Inspection passes. We negotiate final price with the seller, complete the purchase, and handle RTA transfer.

Day 5-7: Vehicle is registered under DYD, insured, GPS installed, and prepared for handover.

Day 7: You pick up the keys or we deliver to your location.

Total: 5-7 business days from link to keys. For new cars from dealers, the process can be faster since no inspection is needed.

Does BYO cost extra?

There is no service fee for BYO. Your lease terms are based on the purchase price of the vehicle, same as our fleet cars. The monthly payment includes insurance, registration, GPS — identical to fleet leases.

What if the car fails inspection?

We advise you against proceeding and explain the issues found. There is no charge for the evaluation. We help you find a better option.

Can I BYO a new car from a dealer?

Yes. We work with authorized dealers across the UAE. You choose the exact model, color, and spec — we handle the purchase and lease setup. No need for bank financing.
