The Inspection Process
Car Inspection Dubai — FAQ
How much does a car inspection cost in Dubai?
The 150-point EasyCare inspection is included free of charge with every DYD lease. For standalone pre-purchase inspections (cash or credit buyers), contact us for pricing. Typical turnaround is 2–3 hours.
What does the 150-point inspection include?
Our inspection covers 4 major categories: exterior & body (paint depth, panel gaps, accident detection), engine & mechanical (ECM/OBD-II scan, transmission, cooling), interior & electronics (A/C, infotainment, odometer verification), and safety & drivetrain (brakes, suspension, airbags, structural integrity).
Can I get an inspection for a car I found on Dubizzle?
Absolutely. Our Bring Your Own Car program includes a full 150-point EasyCare inspection for any vehicle you source from Dubizzle, DubiCars, Facebook Marketplace, or any private seller or dealer in the UAE.
What happens if the car fails the inspection?
If a vehicle fails critical inspection points — structural damage, hidden flood history, or major mechanical issues — we reject it and never proceed with the lease. We help you find a suitable alternative from our fleet or the market.
Do you inspect new cars too?
Yes. Even new or near-new vehicles receive our full diagnostic. Factory defects, transport damage, and PDI (pre-delivery inspection) oversights are more common than you think. Our inspection protects you regardless of the car's age or mileage.
Is the inspection report shared with me?
Yes. You receive a detailed report with photographs, measurements (paint depth readings, fluid condition, brake pad thickness), and a pass/fail verdict for each of the 150 checkpoints.

Buying privately? We can inspect any vehicle for you before you commit.
