  • Contact Information: Name, phone number, email address — when you submit our contact form or reach out via WhatsApp.
  • Inquiry Details: Your service interest (Standard Lease, Balloon, Buyback, BYO) and any message you provide.
  • Technical Data: Browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited — collected automatically for analytics and security.
  • Cookie Data: Essential cookies for website functionality and optional analytics cookies (only with your consent).

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your inquiries and process lease applications
  • To provide personalized vehicle recommendations

  • To comply with UAE legal and regulatory requirements

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Contact form submissions are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and accessible only to authorized DYD staff. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

5. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential: Required for basic website functionality (theme preference, cookie consent choice). Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics: Used to understand how visitors interact with our website (Vercel Analytics). Only activated with your consent.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie banner or by clearing your browser data.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase: Database hosting for contact form submissions
  • Vercel: Website hosting and analytics
  • Google Maps: Embedded map on contact page
