Drive Your Dream (“DYD”) provides lease-to-own vehicle financing services in the UAE, including but not limited to:

  • Standard Lease-to-Own financing
  • Balloon Payment plans
  • Bring Your Own Car (BYO) program
  • Buyback / Sale-Leaseback program
  • Vehicle customization services

All lease agreements are subject to separate contractual terms executed between you and DYD. The Site provides informational content and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Eligibility

To apply for a lease with DYD, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Hold a valid UAE residency visa
  • Hold a valid UAE driving license
  • Provide valid Emirates ID and passport
  • Demonstrate proof of income

4. Website Content

All content on this Site — including vehicle listings, pricing, specifications, and photographs — is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Vehicle availability may change without notice
  • Monthly payment estimates are indicative and subject to approval
  • Vehicle photographs may differ from actual vehicles
  • Specifications are sourced from manufacturers and may vary

Final pricing, terms, and vehicle condition are confirmed during the lease agreement process.

5. Lease Calculator

The lease calculator on our Site provides estimated monthly payments based on typical lease parameters. These estimates are not binding offers and may differ from final approved terms based on your individual assessment, vehicle availability, and market conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and software on this Site are the property of Drive Your Dream or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, DYD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you under any active lease agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DYD services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Modifications

DYD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
